really in poker anything can happen, it has also happened to me, losing with premium hands to bad hands, and this happens more on pokerstars, I don't know why, but PS has a deck system that I don't like

You can win and lose with every card. It's that simple.
Losing with premium cards is memorable because we always believe that we can only win with them because they have a better chance than weaker cards. That's why it can hurt if the 'believed to be sure' victory doesn't come.
If e.g. you have AA and the flop is 457, then it can be seen that you 'only' have one pair (even though it is the highest), while the opponent can already have a turn, set, or even a flush (even straight flush) after the flop...
