Poker Stars stopped to be beneficial to players a long time ago and still it’s the most visited site even nowadays and it really got me wondering, why??...I understand that Poker Stars has built its name and reputation back in the days but today you have a way better options, when it comes to low rakes you have a Party Poker and pretty decent GTDs as well...Players are not satisfied with Poker Stars in generally but still decide to stick with it, i really don’t know why...

GTD tournaments in party poker are garbage. Party Poker may be good for cash players ( i hate to play cash games) but not for mtt's players at all.

No but for real if you want to take the game seriously and look to build a roll $10 200k gtd MTT might be a struggle.

They are still having a lot of players, and most probably the best tournaments and the best software. I was really trying to play on 888 and in 6 tables I was not able to play, being sitout. In PS I can play 15 or 16 tables without being sitout so......

Software is the best around, thats the only thing poker stars has to offer comparing to Party Poker and 888. I wish if Party and Eights could be smart enough to build equally good enough software, i don’t believe that takes a fortune to achieve honestly...
I’m a seeking promos/lower rakes player so that’s my priority when it comes to picking poker site to play

I think, that such trivia does not matter. In any case, PokerStars remains one of the leaders in the market for this industry. On the whole, I am absolutely satisfied with a wide range of tournaments with different price ranges. I recommend that you focus on and improve your game. This will be the best solution.

I agree, PS is in my opinion the best poker room for today. And the fact that they have lowered the guarantee in some tournaments does not matter much. But there were a lot of new tournaments. In general, I'm happy with the game on the PS. The only thing that puzzled me lately was that they increased the rake.

PS is the best platform with variance of tournaments and attractive prizes but some things have changed indeed still the best on poker

It is too bad Pokerstars has decided to go in this direction. For years they had the best reputation for player oriented site with the best games and tournaments. But I haven't been able to play on there since Black Friday!
