Do you think new legislation will be passed in Biden’s tenure as President that will change the status quo from online poker being legal in 4 states to online poker being legal in the whole country?

I seriously doubt it

I really hope that they would definitely in California but one can only dream, it would be nice during the corona virus forsure. It’s hard when only a hand full of places are open for select hours.

No, but he will likely get behind an attack on Iran at some point in the near future. SMH.

Poker Player Relief Bill...

Legalize online Poker in All States. Simple..

This would cost the gov't (All of US), didly, compared to the hundreds of billions of $'s they need to spend to bail-out other industries.

Best of Luck at The Tables All,

Doubtful; Biden will go back to an Obama era foreign policy in regards to Iran. If anything Iran’s fortunes are about to change; although I wish the policy makers in the US would just end the fanatical regime ruling in Iran.

Not an expert on US policy, but it seems very unlikely. For starters the US federal government seem to have a similar approach to that of the EU commission, which has left it to each member country to make their own rules about online gambling. So likely it will still be on a state to state basis, and for the rest of us it seems unlikely, we will ever be able to play against americans again except on the unregulated sites like ACR.
