To my knowledge you can play in the most major rooms but it recently got worse for german players since Germany made thebnew legislation regarding gambling, which resulted in weird stuff...
For example when German you have to wait 5 min before entering a new game ! ^^
But the worst probably is the missing promos.
Most are gone cause it's argued it would encourage people to gamble...

• 888Poker

And I think partypoker is also available here but not entirely sure.

What I know is that WPTGlobal for example is not available here.
