For what I know, you can't block casino or sports bets option in all poker rooms. So, I think it's better you learn how to deal with poker losses and stop trying to chase losses in the casino games. I know it's easier said than done. For what I know you have this option in poker stars and bet365.

That's right, many players do this after poker go to the casino and lose a lot of money so as not to do this, block the turn off the casino in poker rooms or you can write to support if you can't find this feature in poker rooms in pokerstars it is in others I don't know

I googled it and I found contradictory informations (I believe both from official GGPoker site).
On first site you cannot exclude yourself only from Casino and/or slots on GGPoker. Timeout period and self exclusion on GGPoker exists but if you activate them then you will not be able to access any part of GGPoker (including poker).

So, my suggestion would be that you contact GGPoker by email (help@ggpoker.co.uk) and ask them directly if it is possible to exlude yourself from certain areas of GGPoker.
I must write that I'm not using GGPoker client so I'm unable to login and see inside a client what is (and what isn't) available. Maybe some members here can and have more experience with it.

Well if you actually are (mostly) focusing on poker in bet365 then clearly you have some issues since that area is nowhere as good as their sports betting version lol ...

I think most of the poker rooms want you to jump from poker tables to casino when cards are not on your side. They take advantage of the eventual tilt of the poker players to attract them in the casino direction. If there is no option to disable casino on your poker room, you need to have the mental force to resist to the attraction.

I have some good advice for you. Try to play only the money that you win through freerolls. I used to have the same problem and that is emotional weakness to losses. It really helps a lot if you can play poker without losing your own money. And with time you automatically get better at the game and if you learn from it even profitable.
