What’s the best way for a rec player to play against low stakes multi table online grinders when it’s difficult to find a table with fewer than 3-4 of them?

The first step is to play on a site that doesn't allow HUDs or seating scripts to remove that advantage from the grinders. These include Global Poker for US/CAN players, ignition/Bovada, GGPoker

Trap them. Most popular advice among regular grinders is to bet big on low stakes for value and fold when they face aggresion. More slowplay.

To study and improve you game. Even if you play mostly for fun, is it not more fun, if you know how to play well and perhaps win a bit of money? A good place to begin is CC free course "become a winning poker player in 30 days". If you prefer cashgames then check out blackrain79 Youtube channel and webpage / blog.

I hope for you that the grinders are not too many in the CC community... otherwise you won't get a lot of precious tips to play against them :D

Low limit regulars often play standard lines due to the large number of tables try to confuse them!

I say just play your game, but if you get frustrated leave the table or stop for a while.
