Dude, I play at home, in the work environment, it doesn't have the slightest condition, in addition to harming the smooth running of the service, that's why I play for fun and to learn, of course if I get better money.
I play poker every day. Or rather, every night. When all the household is asleep and all the household chores are done, I devote 2-4 hours to my favorite poker.
I have currently taken about a week off from playing cash games. I've joined some free rolls to reignite the fun factor for me. A typical week though I hammer out about 10-15k hands online. Maybe 4 times a year at friends houses.
I agree with above, whenever I am not broke I try to play every day - even if it's just one tourney/cash table/SNG. When my bankroll is 0 or close to 0 then I just focus on freerolls or low cost entries but with that my frequency of play goes down a bit.
I play daily, getting experience is important, I aim to be big so I study a lot of the game and then you need to put that knowledge into play so you get better every day
I play every day for 8-10 hours, sometimes more because poker is the only source of income. When I win more than 200, I rent half, I have to pay for the apartment, the Internet, groceries. Then I lose the rest and everything starts all over again. And so every day.
