Good question…. I think every session is different. Depending on budget and how long I last in a tournament. So, maybe 2-3 hours or if deep in tournament - 6-7 hours Ughh.

I don't have much time to play and the only times I've been playing the last few days in my room with my notebook so my mario doesn't see my game he took me out of games. I think he put a hidden camera somewhere that I couldn't find.

I can play for 4-5 hours, after that I get tired and I can’t play with concentration and confidence, fatigue sets in and I don’t play anymore, I think the optimal time is 2-3 hours.30 years ago I could play for 10 hours, but with age, the energy and desire disappeared, age makes itself felt.

I'll probably be the odd ball judging by most the comments I've read so far. Personally I like longer sessions when playing cash. But actually prefer MTT's and the longer the better. 10-15 mins blinds or deep stack Tourney's. 6 max Tourney's aren't to bad either if have 8+ min blinds I usually do fairly well in them. Just wish I got to play more MTT's.
