Normally it’s real early in the a.m. when I finish. So most of the time I just take a shower and clean up. Grab a bite to eat. Then hit the sack for a few hours.

What do you guys like to do after your sessions to wind down and relax?

Sometimes i like to review my hands i lost whether the session is good or not. More so when i lose to bad beats halps calm the pain to review and learn maybe your math was a bit off in the moment. on a winning session i usually relax the mind with mindless comedy. After a 12 hour session some food and water and sleep.Gotta get the mind refreshed.

If the poker session was quite long........I really just need to physically move. I usually take my dogs out for a long walk or if the weather is not good, then I do some indoor exercise; treadmill, elliptical, row machine. All I know is that my body cries out for movement .
