If you feel the need to play casino games spend money from your real life bankroll's "Entertainment" envelope for lack of a better descriptor.

I work so hard for my poker money I have no desire what so ever to give it back to the house in -EV games. They already got enough of a cut from rake and tournament fees.

Not to say I haven't hit the blackjack table harder than I should have a couple times when I was younger... But that money was already ear marked for booze, babes and BLACKJACK!!!

Just be responsible for your money, don't get excited about winning, just play calmly for fun and the money will come at the right time. It's hard to get rich straight away without taking a lot of risk, and sites like pokerstars make money off of people who want to get rich quickly.

If you cannot control yourself, then accordingly you cannot control your balance and this is not a problem in applications, or casinos, or in bookmakers, but a problem in the player who irresponsibly treats his bankroll.

Willpower, mental toughness and tilt control. Not all tilt happens at the poker table in my opinion. You can win all the money you want at poker and be the greatest player in the world. Doesn't do much good if you tilt away all your money gambling on slots or other casino games.

^Without decent to very good control of this one will NEVER be a winning player long term no matter what level you play at.

just don't play at the casino there you'll only lose money you need to play for casino money then you can have fun and that's it after winning poker tournaments, just play poker and that's it or just go on vacation and get back to poker and that's it

Ignore that siren song and stay well away from -EV bets. When dealing with -EV gambles, you're a winner if you don't play. I never play them. Period. No one's putting a gun to your head forcing you to click on the casino section, so don't do it.

That worked until they caught on and started kicking me off the Blackjack tables. That's when I decided Poker would be the better option. These days, Blackjack really SUX, between the auto shufflers, the 6 : 5 payout for getting a Blackjack, the ridiculous cut card placement, you're not likely to see a good game.

What you say is called gambling addiction.
The regular poker player does not place bets on sports or casinos, etc.
If you are conscious of maintaining an adequate bankroll to play only poker, whether cash sng or tournaments, your future will be prosperous.
But if you do the other, I think your future will be quite certain, you will be ruined.

Hello, Everyone! I haven't this problem, because I play only in my the favorite kinds of Poker!.. And never use any Casino, and not to make any Bets!
And in Poker I play only by Bankroll, and therefore with my Balance is OK!
