Heads up 3 bet range vs. 100% opener

Just curious what you guys think a good strategy would be for three betting against 100% button razor. Let’s assume he raises three times the big blind. My thought process would be to three bet about 15 to 20% and then I can easily defend half of that versus four bets.... thoughts ??

I would imagine being profitable long term

Everything depends on our stack. If our large stack, then we can defend a wide range. If our little stack, it is worth only protect good hands. Much decides the type of games our opponents. Our reputation at the table. Pressure Of ICM. etc.
