As a rule of dumb you play the opposite of the table dynamics, if there are a lot of tight players, one could play a loose game trying to hit the flop with 2 pairs or better and stack players that couldn't fold over-pairs... In the opposite side if the table is very loose ( a lot of limpers, calling station) One could try to enter with a tight range (high
equity) and charging them pre-flop (x7 bb). It might seems difficult especially when ranges gets wide, but we could use frequency to tell how often they will do something specific (c-betting, folding to c-bet, calling light on some spots, hero call...etc) and it comes with experience
