On everyone, I don't know for sure. There are sites where this information is available, and there are sites where I have not seen such information. For example, I saw such information on pokerstars and on Replay, but I did not see such monitoring on, for example, 888.

I only know that PokerStars has less players. Yesterday I logged into my account and was surprised (actually, no ) that a lot of players have left PokerStars. And how can we not think about the greed of PokerStars in their loyalty program.

Regarding PokerStars, this is not true. Right now there are 38,000 players playing online on Sunday. And on weekends, poker rooms have the highest number of players. No 55540 players can play on PokerStars on average. I think the real number is somewhere around 25000-30000 on average by week.

Some countries dont allow their residents to play against people living in other countries. And then to comply with this, sites make geo-fenced sites. PokerStars Europe is for players in france, Spain and portugal, as far as I know. They were allowed to merge those player pool for higher volume.
