A question on rakeback

I missed the rakeback boat when I signed up to pokerstars and full tilt and now I am regretting it. Does anyone know of any way existing players can get in on the rakeback action? I know Fulltilt ran a special a while ago for existing members to get rakeback, but i missed it.. again.

Also. If you play mostly SnG and tourneys are you really missing much by not having rakeback?
