When I went to Vegas in 2001 that was on my "must visit" list since it is such a part of gambling history. Played some stud and had a bowl of chili, which it was apparently always known for. Another place on my must list was Caesar's Palace, not so much for the gambling, but other parts of Vegas's history. I got to see the fountain Evel Knievel had jumped over with his motorcycle, and had a few drinks at the Galleria bar.
