As far as I know, I think Washington State is the only state with issues for online poker.

However pokerstars - and 888 I notice are only allowed in NJ and NV I think.

Sorry I know this or similar was probably already asked in the forum.

When I try to find information online I can't find clear statements.

What Poker Softwares are legal/allowed for Florida residents to play on them? (If any)
Ok, to actually answer your question. America's Cardroom, ignition, Betonline, Sportsbetting, and intertops will work for you in Florida. I recommend depositing using Bitcoin. I am not a fan of ignition due to the anonymous play. But they have given me 5 bucks for free twice now after I blew through the 50 I deposited. America's Cardroom is probably my favorite because they always have a freeroll going. So no sitting around waiting for the tournament to start. Can almost always jump into a freeroll while you wait. Intertops is the only site I can play tournaments on my phone, so I do like that feature. Betonline had some nice tournaments that keep late registration to a minimum and more freeze out style tournaments. Only drawback there is not as many low micro options. I hope this helps.
