Virginia Beach has a poker room !!!

Just want everyone to know that if you live near or will be visiting Virginia Beach, we now have a Poker Room that runs cash games and tournaments. Somehow they're able to do it while other local cities couldn't. I've not play any of the cash games, but have played in two of the tournaments (cashed in the second). Tournament seem to be in the $100 - $250 Buy-In range dependent on the day and type of tournament. Cash games looks to be 1-3.

It's less than 15 minutes from the oceanfront if you're vacationing and have had a good time both times I was there. Hope to get there again this weekend and wondering who here may live nearby or may be visiting.

Yep, the one in Ptown was shut down, but the one in VaBeach remains open. Somehow Va Beach figured it out because both were run by charity organizations. Never play at Ptown, but have played 2 tournaments recently. Cashed in the second 😊. Seem 60-100 people play the tournament depending on the day, type, and buy—in. Buddy of mine play the cash games a couple time a week.

The casino, to be build, in Norfolk should break ground soon. The contractor has been selected. 🎉
