I don’t own this channel I shared this because it’s out of my reach.
I don’t think in next 1000year I will be able to do that ☹️

Well, he can't call with 52off:)

You don't need to use a hand that bad in your all-in bluffs unless you have a live tell.

Just fold that shit pre-flop.

He obviously picked up some body language signals. Just forget hands like this. It is just for entertainment.

From what I can see/tell, there was no pre-flop raisor so Ivey took that into consideration; ie: no ace or pkt-pr. So when he bets and only gets called he feels like he's ahead or can steal if the right card hits the turn, which happened to be the :ad4:, giving a possible flush or paired ace, which Andrew had neither. Awesome read by Ivey. Plus, it was his BB, hence all the limps.

If some no name like me did this you would be calling me some kinda donkey fish newbie. But because it is Phil Ivey there is plenty of excuses about his reading of his opponent and excellent poker intuition. Yuck!

Good reading of the opponent's hands makes it possible to bluff more often.

Oh my God, this is an old recording. I think I saw it on TV then.
It was a great game from Ivey, but also from Lex, because for such an aggressive reraise, it was impossible to play a bluff catch call with KJs for Lex, in my opinion, because if Ivey's raise is not a bluff, KJs is surely beaten.

Ivey relies heavily on live reads and make exploitative plays. His reads are exceptional and reliable enough to make such exploits.

I doubt theoretical analysis using GTO framework can analyze such hands.
