How often do you tip the dealer?

I tip dealers - usually $1 for any pot over $10 and $2 for pots over 80. I can hardly wait for the day when I win a bad beat jackpot and can tip the dealer even more.

In the US and canada, most dealers are making minimum wage and tipping is considered part of their wage.

Thats a bad way to look @ it.

They work for their $, they barely get paid.

Sounds like a terrible job, no wonder you quit. I don't tip dealers either - it's unfair to others who also work for very little money and don't get tips. I have a moral issue with having to subsidize the employees of a casino.

Any Winning hand I tip. It's always been a thing and I will never stop. Yes In Theory I'm losing more of my stack then I should be but if Im playing balls to the wall poker the extra $100 a session shouldn't matter. I view it as simple as tipping a waitress/waiter
