my prepararion looks something like this:
- Get enough sleep
- Have good nutrition (also at table)
- Do some cardio
- Take enough breaks
- Read something educative
- Plan your baseline
- Plan the ways you want to make chips
- Get sugar to the table
- Exploitive mode on
Same as funtast, except for the exploitive mode. As to me it seems more like a marathon. Sometimes while in break I do some planks and breath work together. Uses to make me feel better.
