I would use this cash to buy into the smaller events in search of luck. If does not bind events in a certain period of time. And just choose those in which I would be interested to participate.
№25: $1500 – 7 Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better
№39: $1500 – No Limit Hold'em Shootout
№51: $1500 – NL Hold'em Bounty
№62: $888 – CRAZY EIGHTS - No-Limit Hold'em 8-Handed (+2 re-entry)
№73: $1000 – Double Stack NL Hold'em
№75B: $1500 – The Closer - No Limit Hold'em

Hello everyone!!
Sorry I'm getting here late but better late than never right?
If I had $10k to blow on the wsop I'd start early with multiple events, win a couple, and parlay into the main event.
This year I will be playing the Colossus flight 7E, The $1500 6 man 6-7-18, and the $565 PLO 6-8-17. I will also be playing the $1100 3.5M MSPT event 6-5 or 6-18.

Hope to see you all there and if you see me, say hello!!

If I had $10,000 for the Wsop I'd have to do the main event. Not because I think I would even have any chance but just for the experience. I want to give a quick shout out to one of my best friends growing up. Jordan Hufty won the first event this year. The employees event .We grew up playing cards together and I'm so happy for him. Got me wanting to build a bankroll again! Love reading what you guys would do with your 10k at the wsop

Probably the best strategy would be to play several small tournaments. Another option would be to just play the Main Event. However, I don't think I would have the stamina to do either option (even though I'd probably be KOd quite early).

I use to play Heads Up SnGs all the time on pokerstars when I first started playing poker. So I would go with the 10k - Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em Championship.

me with 10,000 to play in the WSOP? would be great, and although like many of those who have preceded me in the comment I do not have that current economic capacity, I can not lose the dream of someday to play in Las Vegas, in this case I chose to play several tournaments to increase the possibility of winning any prize, for example:

No-Limit Hold'em SHOOTOUT buy 3000 $
Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better 1500 $
7 Card Stud 1500 $
7 Card Stud 1500 $
No-Limit Hold'em $ 2500

Good idea for those who are just beginning in this world. Personally I still do not have the funds to travel and play a WSOP. But it would be a very exciting challenge. I hope to do it soon

I was planning to play in the Super Seniors event this year, because it would have been the first year I qualified under the old rules (65 yrs old+)...then they go and lower the age to 60 years....now I would have to play with all those 60 and 61 year old "youngsters" and lose my advantage of being one of the youngest in the field. So, next year, maybe I shall try to be part of the CC team for the Colossus.
