Good morning to you all. On February 11,2022 a casino nearby is hosting a $500 buy-in Freezeout tournament event for the first 150 players entered. The Casino has done this type of tournament in the past and it was sold out before the game even started. BUT, I have not played in any live tournaments in almost 2 years not to mention have not played buy-ins of this level. How should I approach this tournament if I decide to play?

My question is what should I do and what things should I consider before I buy-in to the tournament? Just looking for some ideas and food for thought.

just go for the standard route TAG approach be discipline with your pre-flop ranges and take it from there

and the most important thing is just enjoy the experience
