In an SNG or cash game, table selection is the single biggest factor in how much you'll win or lose playing it.

I miss when sharkscope was functional, it was great for that.

Very wise to do it like that. People with a gambling problem are often playing more to get their money back, which is sad. Even though you are a great player you can loose your money, skill is not always enough when luck is a part of the equation.
