Yes! I will show it for several reasons. If he's "the best" player then I can make him even better giving him another lesson of tilt control, if he fails to learn this lesson - he will pay. Second reason - It's not illegal action to show cards if you bluffed, so if it gives me any type of advantage - I will do so.

You are playing at a table with a player who believes he is the best player at the table and is known to tilt easily when he is bluffed. You get into a hand with him and successfully bluff him into folding! Do you show him your bluff? Is it fair play to take actions that tilt other players?

I very seldom show my hand, and I would never do it in order to cause someone to tilt. I don't consider it fair play, but that is my own personal view. I would say however, that if you are going to taunt someone who can easily fly off the handle, you'd better make darn sure you know who you are dealing with. Do it to the wrong person and you might find yourself being physically attacked.

everything that does not violate the rules and the law can be used, but it also depends on you - you should not provoke the whole table - then they may not want to play with you
If they don’t want to play with you in a tournament, that’s good. You can simply steal blinds with impunity.:)

I would show my cards. My opponent's psychological problems are exclusively his problems, which have nothing to do with me. I am ready to use any convenient opportunity, of course within the rules, for my victory and I consider this approach to the game quite correct and fair.

Now i would't say intentionally but there are some players that need a little more attention than others so when i can and not all the time i will show my cards just to get a reaction maybe through them off a little is that bad? In my opinion if you want to see my cards call just the way it should be.

I would show my bluff. You mess with your opponents' heads without breaking the rules of the game of poker I think it's okay.

Well, that's a good question, although showing to an opponent your big bluff vs intentionally tilting opponent are to different things.

Personally, showing bluffs sporadically (and I really mean sporadically) I don't see any unfair play.

But intentionally trying to tilt an opponent by speaking to him, swearing at him, annoying him verbally while he thoughts his action in a tough big pot spot is for sure not proper at all. Whether it's fair play or unfair, legal or not, I don't know. I really think is a bit unfair. Personally, I wouldn't do this.

It's not a fair play question; it's all about strategy.

Imagine if you could tilt a player by making him fold a winning hand at the river. Imagine if both of you were short stack in a crucial moment of the tournament. It would let you play another hand against him in a row and there was a possibility to make him go all-in with a weaker hand.

And if both were with bigger stacks, there was a possibility of making him call your bets in a wrong moment, which could make him loose more chips playing against you. And this is a good strategy to destroy the villain's tournament in a few minutes.

Absolutely, I would do this. Poker is a game of margins and exploiting opponents tendencies and weaknesses is part of the game.

I wouldn't wave the bluff right under his/her nose, because I think that is ungentlemanly, but just flipping your cards over, maybe with a small smile is perfectly legitimate in my book.

I would definitely take the opportunity and drive my opponent to a nervous breakdown. Why? ...... because it's fun. I like unbalanced people, I like to make fun of them. Maybe it's cruel, but at least for me it's always a lot of fun :)

I play as I see fit. Whether someone tilts or not is not my problem.

Do you show him your bluff?
99 times out of 100 i won't show... because i'd try not to get other people mad. but if that seems to be the only strategy to get their chips then that 1% will happen.
Is it fair play to take actions that tilt other players?
yes it is fair... bluffing is part of the game. tilt is just lack of self control.

Under no circumstances do I show my cards. If you have doubts, pay to see, and if not, continue with the doubt, but never give information about my game.

I hardly ever show my hand as it give’s away information. (And I’m not quick enough to do it online as it mucks so quickly on PS). With that said the only person who can control if someone tilts or not is that person. Other people’s actions don’t control me…I control (or don’t) me and how to respond to them.

If someone can’t control their own reactions then I’m sure they will tilt at some point…I wouldn’t show cards to help it happen, but after a hand (any hand they lose without showdown) I might mention a suspected bluff.😁

Sometimes people can be quite annoying and deserve a bit of provocation, but generally, I would say no. I suppose I prefer a positive atmosphere.
I also don't see the point in showing your cards, I think you can lose more than you gain.

I don't think it's against the rules, but I never do that. Poker is a gentleman's game, and first of all you need to respect the players at the poker table, as well as the working staff (dealers, managers). I never show my hand when I'm bluffing because my opponents might test me next time and call my bet when I bluff again. I can show my cards if I had a really strong hand and my opponent folded to my bet. I love it when all the players feel relaxed at the poker table. If someone starts to get nervous, they destroy the entire calm atmosphere of the game, and everyone else who is at this poker table begins to feel it.

I am not a big fan of conflict. Sometimes a player on tilt can be unpredictable and cause you a bad beat. So no I won’t show him. Keep him them guessing.

Hello, I think it depends on many variables, such as the stack of both and at what time of the tournament, if it is in the final phases, I would do it, in fact I did it in a community tournament, recently in the WPT tournaments. I think I won the tournament that day

Poker is a fight and to win you need to use all the methods not prohibited by the rules, so yes, I would show my cards!!!

Well, if I have all that information, and I successfully bluffed him. I will, for sure, show my cards; I only benefited from that. Anyway, I wouldn't show my bluffs always because that could be detrimental to my game strategy. At any rate, I think your personal mindset is more important than anything.
