What's the next step?

Hey guys, it's my first post here. I'm a 20 year old university student. I know the general rules for Texas hold em but haven't really played a lot and want to learn the game. I'm reading Theory of poker and Harrington on cash games volume 1 right now, reading a total of 60 pages per day, taking notes and studying the books. I should be done with those books in about a week, then I'm planning to start playing online with micro stakes. I will analyze the games that I play and ask on the hand analyzation part for help. I wanted to ask what's the next step for me? What books I should read after these two? I want to play cash games, not really interested in tournament play. I will play on the microstakes, which stakes do you guys suggest and which site would be better for me? Just looking for general advise on the things I should do here on out to improve. Thanks guys.
