What's better Cash or Tournaments?

I think it s 2 different gameplay.. In a tournament u play more relaxed until the add on.. But have to be carefull how u play until add on.. Basicly it s more complex than cash..
In cash game you make money quicker if u play good..

The answer to this question is simple, first of all you have to know what your player profile is, if you can spend several hours at poker your profile is tournament, however, if you only have a short time available, your profile is cash gamer.
I particularly like tournaments, just see that tournaments are what have created millionaire players

I like MTTs and SNGs better than cash.

Cash games tend to have much deeper effective stacks and are more oriented toward postflop play.

MTTs/SNGs tend to have shallower effective stacks and are more oriented toward preflop play.

MTTs/SNGs also have ICM to consider where cash does not.

Each modality has its advantages, but cash game is the most complete modality to learn to play.
