If I am given the opportunity to talk to wsop champion then at first I will ask him how he started playing poker, by whom he was influenced and how did he felt when he won WSOP.

When was the moment to decide to move up in stakes. Was it bankroll while looking at your stats to make sure you’re a winning player at that level

At some point at the final table, with those prize pools in front of you, were you thinking to yourself about how you got to that situation through pennies and satellites? About how unlikely and hard to believe a story like the one you were writing?

lol. These comments are (unintentionally) hilarious.

Daniel Negreanu, Jason Mercier and Phil Ivey are great players but they haven't won a WSOP Main Event

I would ask Daniel Weinman if there was an unofficial deal 3-handed between the american players.

I Would ask John Cynn if he really thought about folding trips against Tony Miles
according to Wikipedia - Daniel Negreanu is a Canadian professional poker player who has won six world series of poker bracelets and two World Poker Tour championship titles. In 2014, independent poker ranking service Global Poker Index recognized Negreanu as the best poker player of the previous decade. (D-Negs My all-time favorite player)

-He has not won a WSOP bracelet since 2013, when he won the WSOP Asia-Pacific main event in Australia (https://www.worldpokertour.com/news/daniel-negreanu-sets-marathon-schedule-for-2023-wsop/)

Daniel Negreanu

How does it feel to win this event again after so long?
What would you say was the most challenging thing for you playing in this tournament and why?
What is the next goal you have your eyes set on from here?
If you had to redo this event, do you think you'd still win and why?
Have you ever been to Jamaica and what do you like about it?

The thread title specifies simply a WSOP champion, not a WSOP ME champion...

The OP does state ME champion, but the thread title doesn't..

I'd expect that is where the confusion originates.

Not sure it's 'hilarious' but I guess everyone finds different things amusing... :)

I see it now that you pointed it out. Nice!

As Dollie passed away already we can't ask him anything anymore, unfortunately.
Therefore, I would choose Koray Aldemir as he is one of the latest ME event winners with the most total tournament earnings.
And he seems to be a friendly guy and started poker with freerolling.
I would ask him what kind of games he played and about his game selection to have such success within 15 years.
And the next question would be: Can you teach me, please? :D

I would ask him if he was going to keep playing until he won again?
I would ask if he had plans to ever get married.
and Most importantly for my last question, I would ask
would he stake me for a few main events :ROFLMAO:

You have been given the opportunity to talk to a WSOP Main Event Champion and ask them any questions you want. But you only have 15 minutes to ask your questions.

What poker pro do you pick, and what questions would you ask them?

I got to play in a tournament and Susie Isaacs was at my table. This was around 2012 at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas during their summer Grand Poker Series. Now these buy-ins were like $200.00 back then and so to see a pro like her at my table I couldn’t believe it! She even had her one of her WSOP bracelets on. She won the Ladies Championship two years in a row. Anyways it was a great $200.00 lesson that day lol. Later that day I got a chance to talk to her. I got a great picture with her I’ll never forget lol. I got got some great advice from her, mainly she told me to raise more lol. She even had an autographed book that she let me have. She is super awesome!

What did you learn after winning that you wished you knew before?

What advice would you give to the next WSOP Champion?

To Zeros poker, I would ask: is it really possible to become a Pro or winner in poker starting from the micro-limits with an initial bankroll of $0.00? responds with complete sincerity.

To Phil Ivey:

What does it take to be a good poker player?

How to improve at poker?

How to study poker?

If you had to choose anyone in the world to play a table of 9, who would they be?

I would ask you, how to become a professional poker player? What is the game I should play in the different stages of a tournament? And how do you study poker?

Joe McKeehen.

I'm going to ask him how to be a winner on the MTT online high stacks and to give me all the keys, techniques, strategies and the right path to work.

Jhonatan Little, and would ask if is agressivity paying off for him, it seems not, though would ask what would he change in his game to overcome the downswing he is in.

I would like to ask every 'WSOP Main Event Champion' who has children the following questions:

> Would you teach your children poker at a young age and pass on your knowledge to them?

> Would you discourage your children from playing poker for a living if they were considering it?

> The following scenario: It's project day at your children's school on the topic of 'professional world' and a parent is supposed to give a talk about the job they do. How do you and your life partner decide?
