My Challenge, stop going All-IN

So often I see players going All-in. When I review my games, I notice my mistake was going all-in. I am a tight, solid player overall. Studying my games I have found going all in is the cause of my problems. And perhaps calling or raising after the flop with a dead hand, call for hope.

Hopefully I shall learn something from this community of card players. :dancing2:

My game needs to improve by having more stamina in the patence area... I'll be plying great and then for no specific reason; I get itchy.... Next thing I know.... I'm gone!!!!
