I would fold both unless I had both of them stacked pretty significantly. A lot of players you see that win a three way all in like that just got lucky. If two people are shoving like that with anything other than a shorter stack they either aren't good players and are just looking to get lucky or they have a hand worth putting everything in the middle for.

there are 2 possibilities:

in a tournament where u are in the last 3 u can call with AT and fold with KQ.
in any other situation u fold both!
