Weak-Medium pairs

Hello everyone, I would like to know how you play pairs below 10? For example 99 or 55 very often come to me yes the best is to watch the flop and catch the third one but it does not work either the opponents are on the preflop allin goes with AK A(х) or with other cards so I often have to fold them

In the early position, I reset everything to -9.Limp 9-10, re-raise or push when the stack is less than 10bb.I play more aggressively in the middle and late positions.But I'm a newbie-do not judge strictly)
