I tend to just polarise my range if people play back at me too much. Although it often results in me leveling myself and 5-bet shoving with 56s.
Generally though people are simple players at micros and have no idea if you've been pushed out of alot of pots recently. If you seem to be being raised alot at one table it's probably just a coincidence rather than players trying to exploit you.
DISCLAIMER - don't do what I am suggesting if you cannot throw away your hand when it partially hits or someone comes over the top.
If I limp in on the button w 72 and the BB min-raises then I am gone.
If the flop comes 974 then I am gone to any kind of raise.
You need to know that by playing these cards you are more likely to get in big trouble than anything so generally speaking you just fold - just every now and then take a shot. Just two days ago came in with 24o and flopped a straight draw - called C bet (knew it was a c-bet) and the turn completed a wheel with an A. Perfect - he had a big A w AQ and decided to shove thinking his Q out kicked my A because "there was no way this TAG player (me) was in the hand w 24, nor would he limp with AK so I must be good." He shoved.
Again, I do not do this but maybe once an hour - more like once a session and I am going to run away 95% of the time. But it is profitable in the long run if you can pull it off with cold blooded smarts and not get emotionally involved (stacking off preflop with suited connectors).
