For me, doing a lot of other things while playing poker helps me not care so much other than performing better (in my case).
I have provided a punching bag for the times when I get irritated I can take it out on the bag. haha (very useful if you are one of those angry people)
Third point for me, if I have cannabis available, I'm laughing at the stupid moves instead of getting annoyed. Then again, for me it works fine.
The last one, if none of the previous ones had any effect, I just stop and go watch a movie, run on the beach or whatever.
