I would like you to help me understand what is meant when the action is indicated in the Pot Odds table with the legend C> 4 or R <3.
Does this mean calling or folding depending on the players involved in the hand?
I hope you can help me clarify my doubt.

R<3: Would typically mean raise if there were less than 3 people already in the pot otherwise call.

C>4: Would typically mean call if there were more than 4 people already in the pot, otherwise fold.
