I think you must stop playing poker for some time and go in for a sport, walks, go on a date and so many things what do not connected with poker

I haven't been able to play well for 3 days, it all started with AQs ❤️ JJ villain flop
4❤️J❤️J♣️A♦️7❤️ I 3bet villain all in I call
Has anyone seen a JJ court. I always lose when I'm with JJ and I also lose when I'm not. Since then he has been losing to inexplicable games
Yesterday I lost with A9o
Flop 10 4 A 8 2 And the villain 104o who plays with 104o out of position, Who plays with 104 even in position?
So how do I get through this moment? I stop playing, take a break, what do I do now?
If your playing on line... remember it is programmed for excitement, and plane randomness doesn't supply excitement.

Learn to laugh it out. Outrageous hands are bound to hit on you. And to be honest it always hurts. So give it one of your big smiles, chill and go on. I have been on a losing streak for a little more than a month now, I mean losing to any 2- or 3-outter, not just flips, but I fell still ok, because I put my chips in when way ahead of the opponents.

I have probably said this before but changing one's perspective usually helps. Looking things from a new angle.
If you are in tilt, turn it around. Lose the first T from your emotional baggage, and what do know? You become Lit 🔥

Work on your mentality. Running away after difficulties is an unprofessional approach to the game. If you can't play for a few days after two losses, then delete poker or start learning to be calm after moving. Shout if it helps, write in the chat, create a topic on the forum with badbeat, but in no case do not destroy your game. Take a deep breath and exhale
When I sit down at the tables, I realize that today I will lose a lot of hands and I am ready to lose all the money I will spend. The main thing for me is the distance, and my goal is to make as few mistakes as possible. My opponents' mistakes are their problems. Today they were lucky and I see it as an investment that will bring me many more chips in the future. Until you learn to control your game after bad beats and lost coins in poker the road is closed, this game is mentally exhausting and you need to be ready for it

Working on the mentality is not a cure during tilt - it is prevention. Please don't put yourself in such condition;)

Learn the game. There is plenty of good free coaching videos on Youtube.
Your OP provides no info apart from A9 v T4.
You need to show the whole hand as it played.
There are reasons why someone calls with T4. You may have been low stacked, they may have had a monster stack, the player could have been a calling station or Maniac.
Just because you are ahead pre-flop it doesn't mean you will win the hand.

If you don't feel comfortable, it should be worthy to thinking about a break, yes.

On the other hand those 2 hands you mentioned you are overreacting. First is a nut-flush yes, but FH easily get there, and you were mainly unlucky. Second A9o can be very tricky even with a pair of A on flop. That's it.
In poker several combinations are measured together to see which one holds in an actual party. There's a heat in them to win the most and loose the less. OC a bad BR management can burn you too. Think about does this game gives you joy or (and) money?

I would go on tilt if I sat at the same table as you. But the tilt would be through hypnosis.
Now, seriously, my advice is:
Understand that this is what Poker is all about. Unpredictable. Just as he destroys us, he lifts us up. All we can do is play a solid game to minimize risks as much as possible.

It depends on the reason for your tilt in the first place, but from what you wrote, it sounds mostly that what may help is recognizing that you can make good plays in poker, yet still lose. I'm sure you know this, but do you really "know" this? I believe one reason I tilt less than most players (one reason of many) is because I am not results-oriented. I know that if I consistently play well, then long-term I'll do well. I trust in the math to do its thing even if short-term variance sometimes makes it look like Pocket Aces never hold, or Flush Draws always get there.

Take adequate breaks and resume when you have good emotional state.

To get out of tilt just leave the poker rooms for a while, then come back, and try again.
I suggest to you, just start to do some sport, and forget about poker for some days.

Stop thinking a9o is a good hand ! The ability to fold is the key. Your not reading the play. Losing is learning 🫶

After you accept that bad beats will always happen on poker no matter how well do you play, it's easier to deal when bad beats happen and just move on to the next game. But if bad beats affects your game more than it should, maybe a good idea is to take a break.

I would take a break for a few days and see if you are playing better. Or maybe play some freerolls or for play money until you start to win again.
