how many times do you study poker in a week?

few times, I play more than I study

I don't study poker on a regular bases.

ID say at least 20 hours a week
every day at least an hour studying my main poker project.
an hour listening to a mindset based video presentation.
or an hour reviewing Video content on a coaching site
an hour running histories that pertain to my main poker project
and I play for 5-9 hours a day at least 5 days a week
I usually save hand histories for late in the day esp after any deep run where I review and mark ?able preflop folds and view hands I marked during play. sort histories for later revues
sometimes I only spend 2 hours in pre play
because of above I never feel bad about taking a day or even a few days off from study or play.

I use HM3 but I am a little overwhelmed by all the features of the software.
Anyone can recommend a (or several) either YouTube videos/Course, free or paid, that teaches exclusively:
- How to use all the features
- How to analyze hands and databases to get find leaks on my game and improve

Hi people,I generally study 2 to 3 times a week,although I`m always looking at material on the networks and videos.

Jokes aside, on Sundays I usually to reading one article or another.
