Of course, it depends on what your goals are, but in my case, I play for 1 to 2 hours a day at most. Depending on the tournament, it can of course take longer.
But as I mentioned at the beginning, it also depends a bit on the intentions. Since I don't really play poker professionally, I never get to the point of getting tired while playing.

there is no such thing as definitely spending a certain amount of time on poker a day, you can spend the night or make a deposit, register for the tournament and fly out of AA in 3 minutes. and the desire to play further disappears

It depends on the session, if it is a cash game online session I do play for 2-3h max since we play a lot of hands/Hour. If it is an mtt session generally I lunch 2 to 4 mtts and I stop playing when bust out, it takes around 3-6h.

Didn't play much in May. Sometimes I played freerolls in the evening. I think an hour a day on average. I had little time because of my studies: the end of the semester, a lot of student debts. Now that it's all over, I think I'll allocate an average of 3-4 hours a day for poker.

Currently it's 45-60 mins a day. Playing my first freeroll in a few minutes so that will be a good experience that I expect will last several hours. I like to take the pressure off...no huge expectations...just play most days but don't overdo it and start making silly mistakes. Honestly It varies, maybe an hour or two on weekdays, and around 5 hours+ on weekends, depending on if I'm deep into a tournament or not.

If you feel yourself getting tilted on longer play sessions. I would advise taking a break of 30 minutes to an hour at least. And when you sit back down. Just imagine yourself playing the first hand of the day. A fresh start so to speak.

I mostly play MTTs and there is no time limit for those games. I have played 8h+ seesions which usually means that I have a deep run or a final table. But I don't play every day because too much poker is boring for me.

Good night everyone, I started playing poker at the end of 2018, and during that time I was always increasing my playing time, I don't know exactly how many hours a day I play, I believe an average of 6 hours a day.
There are days I play for 10, 11, maybe even 12 hours, when I start playing if the cards are in favor I keep playing, but there are days when everything goes wrong and I take one bad after another, then I stop playing, I know that bad does part of the game more when it happens in a row, I lose focus.
