only an autopsy will tell, but you need to keep an eye on the board - if a combination like a flush or straight has not closed and your opponent is playing aggressively! but in any case, only experience will tell you

You don’t, but you need to consider what are the chances the player is bluffing
I have several clues leading me to call;
-Opponent is very aggressive and rarely slowed down in other spots
-River sizing is big
-Very quick bet that is unlikely to be value

As for the live game, probably bluff recognition is a whole science where you have to be a good psychologist. As for the online game, the only thing you can do is observe the game of your opponents and draw conclusions and make decisions based on these observations.

If this player comes into the game very often and constantly bets, then this is most likely a very aggressive player who often bluffs.

check after hiding the map but a good person who knows how to bluff won't do it so you may notice a bluff after betting on the turn and river flop. If he doesn't bet somewhere, or loses ground or puts all the streets, you have to understand him and you can safely see the cards on the table if you closely monitor this player

If you think that opponent do something incomprehensible and illogical you can conclude that he is bluffing

there's something to it... but I will not agree, because you can play a bluff as well as the value of your hands... and the usual aggressive game of the player also falls under your description...

Easy. Call him and see. (Not joking, it is pretty cheap to find out if they are very unbalanced).

And of course, keep an eye on other pots that go to showdown involving the player and others.

Identifying whether an opponent is bluffing in poker is a challenging but essential skill. Here are some cues and strategies to help you assess whether an opponent might be bluffing:

  1. Betting Patterns: Pay attention to your opponent's betting patterns. A sudden change in their betting behavior, such as an unusual increase in aggression, may signal a bluff. Be aware of deviations from their typical betting style.
  2. Timing Tells: Observe the timing of your opponent's actions. A quick bet or a delayed response might indicate nervousness or an attempt to deceive. However, be cautious, as some players intentionally use timing as a tool to mislead.
  3. Inconsistent Behavior: Look for inconsistencies in your opponent's behavior. For example, a player who has been tight and conservative suddenly becoming overly aggressive may be attempting a bluff.
  4. Player Tendencies: Consider your opponent's overall playing style. Some players bluff more frequently than others. If you've noticed a pattern of aggression or unpredictability, they may be more likely to bluff.
  5. Table Image: Take into account your opponent's table image. If they have been caught bluffing recently, they might be less likely to try it again immediately. Conversely, a tight player making an unexpected move could be a bluff.
  6. Bet Sizing: Evaluate the size of your opponent's bet. A large bet or an overbet may indicate an attempt to scare you away from the hand. Conversely, a smaller bet might be a value bet or a blocking bet to induce a call.
  7. Check-Raising: Be cautious when your opponent check-raises. This aggressive move often signals strength, but in some cases, it can be a well-executed bluff. Consider the dynamics of the hand and your opponent's tendencies.
  8. Board Texture: Assess the community cards on the board. If the board has missed obvious draws, and your opponent suddenly becomes aggressive, they might be attempting to represent a strong hand that they don't actually have.
  9. Previous Hands: Reflect on previous hands with the same opponent. If you've seen them bluff in similar situations, they might be employing a similar strategy again.
  10. Paying Attention to Mannerisms: Look for physical or verbal cues that might indicate nervousness or confidence. Some players unintentionally reveal information through body language, facial expressions, or tone of voice.
  11. Consider the Context: Take the overall context of the game into account. In certain situations, like at the final table of a tournament or during a crucial hand, players may be more inclined to bluff or make aggressive moves.
  12. Use Your Table Image: Leverage your own table image. If you are known for calling down opponents, players might be less likely to attempt a bluff against you. Conversely, if you've been aggressive, opponents might be more hesitant to challenge you.
Remember that no single factor is foolproof in determining whether an opponent is bluffing. It's often a combination of these factors, and context plays a significant role. Continuously gather information throughout the game, remain observant, and be prepared to adjust your strategy based on evolving dynamics at the table.
