Unfortunatelly everything's happening. It is the main cause why the bankroll has to be 100 or even more middle buy-ins.
I can be very angry after losing but later i just understand that it's not the final.

there really isn't a way to handle it apart from taking a break from poker, thus this is why we all need to have other hobbies that carry the thrill of excitement like poker does, I have made min gaming and plan on buying a ps5 I to have been running bad lately ad beats by trash hands, hopefully my luck turns around and am able to final table and place first or second in my next tourney

I tend to just stop playing. Having a break for a period of time, is a good way to recharge the batteries. Possibly during this time, doing some learning on poker. It is very easy to just keep playing, possibly chasing losses, luck will surly change, right? I think there is a bigger chance you dig yourself into a deeper hole, because you are losing, you are possibly not making rational decisions, frustration builds and you end up making way more mistakes. A period away from the game is important.

Personally I try to play more disciplined and tighter (not in a way that my VPIP/PFR change, but play in a way that reduces variance, not increases it) and I change the room for a while.

If you’re confident in the game you are playing like your strategy are you to aggressive or maybe 🤔 to tight but you can take a step back and evaluate your game and if it is that you are losing with AA every time then take a break and come again that’s my advice good 👍 luck 🍀 have fun 🤩.
