The way I see it, if you don't want to prove who you are then what are you hiding.
The OP is doing nothing more than trying to prey on the naive poker players.
Gain their trust, then tell them all his teaching has given him a new look at poker and will most likely ask for stakes and run away with the money, after all, according to a "retired poker pro", poker players are nothing more than degenerate gamblers, so this just makes him a "retired degenerate"?
