1. Bank-Roll Management, is a big deal.
2. Self-Discipline is necessary. with that comes things like patience, bankroll managing etc...
3. Studying. Studying is a key factor in progressing your game to becoming a better poker player.
4. Experience/ Playing X amount of hands.
Of course, it's not only 4 things that are gonna make you a successful player. These above, are just 4 things I think are some of the things to concentrate on to be a better, successful player. You should also have goals, and expectations. Reasonable goals.

4. Tilt control, remember you wont be able to win 100% of mtt, you must remember dum faks some time get lucky.

No, I would have skill most important but the other 3 I'm not sure of..... maybe luck the least important since I believe it evens out over time but it is very important in any one session or mtt....
