can anyone describe how to access the fun step tourneys on carbon?

i watched a youtube video where it was shown that 'fun step' was under the promotions tab, but it's not there now

carbon doesn't like stepping for fun anymore, those disappeared sometime over the summer I do believe as I was looking for them back then as well.
