Playing all the time (most 70% of the time) and studying around 30%
Also reviewing your biggest lost pots after playing, is a hack shortcute to indetify these spots where you are making mistakes that are costing you too many chips.
But, in general, practice. It is not very useful to watch videos and theory all day if you are not practicing and playing to apply what you have learned

Strong hands try to play fast and aggressive more often, spend twice as much time playing as learning, but be sure to learn, play like a cash game in the early stages of the tournament, forget about survival and focus on strong play, do not rush to decisions, use a time bank to think it over and make some poker friends.

I think the best way to learn is analizing hands and trying to understand why the oponent took those decisions. Many times when we dont understand why the opponent did some moves and made we lose, our first reaction is thinking the villains are bad players when actually the fish is ourselves. We dont lose for being unlucky, we lose for being bad players or I need to believe that is impossible to be profitable playing poker and must to stop playing to earn money but just gor some fun.
