I agree with this counsel and with your assessment of how it is often difficult to follow. As a good friend of Bear's, and someone who has played poker with him for a few years, I can confirm that he does live the words. I have never seen him lose his cool in all of the time that I have known him.

I have another one I was told a couple weeks ago.

Folding is still winning money.

I have that stuck to my screen and it sure has helped.
