I'm putting him on a set based on how he played and your description of the villain. A2 much less lightly.

Any reason to believe he is straight bluffing you here thinking your too tight and trying to get you off a QQ+ read?

From the info you gave, it sounds like a set of 3,4 or 5s.
If so, excellent fold.
Just wondering: you made a 'standard' 3/4 pot bet on the flop; would a 150% pot raise have made any difference?
