The 1973 world series of poker (wsop) was a series of poker tournaments held at Binion's Horseshoe. The 1973 series marked the first time a single player won more than one preliminary World Series of Poker event.

Looks like a neat old-school video, thanks for sharing. As someone who first got introduced to poker on TV like many other people during Moneymaker's WSOP run, it'll be interesting to see how this compares to the larger fields of the modern era and TV technology.
