Why do you play poker for money or fun?

A combination of both. I am a winning player, and I certainly play to win. But if it was only for money, there would have been more efficient ways for me to earn them, and I am fully aware of that.

I play for fun, and if I win money it is much more fun. If I bust my bankroll then it is no fun, but this wouldn't bring me in financial troubles. Poker for me is a fantastic game and I try to improve my skills to be more succesful, but it will never be a significant part for my income.
The money I need comes from a good job and long term investments.

Im just trying to build up a bankroll right now. I punted my first $50 of my bankroll. Im not a bad player. It's just that i had poor dicipline and bankroll management skills. I played somewhat out of my depth.

I play poker for money (meaning real money versus play money), because it's more fun to play for money.

While playing for real money, I make sure I'm playing to have fun.

This is the best way to ensure I'll make money (by not trying to make it).

I don't win much, but I play for money for sure. When I lose I get really mad, it wouldn't make sense to play for fun and not for money. But money makes me very happy.
