There is a rule: after 40 bets you need to take a break, because we are not machines and distacio played at least 40 hands you need to do a break, it will protect from tilt + you can include any positive video or chat with a friend on Skype, I repeat, we are not machines...

Because online is more rigged so its easier for your natural "spidy sense" to pick up on it.

I tilt and get all red and upset online when I normally wouldn't in live poker. I also feel that if I streamed my sessions I wouldn't get upset. There's a sense of accountability when you're around others that you don't have when you play online.

I think it's mostly these two things:

1) You play a ton more hands so there is more opportunity for the run bad to hit
2) There is the public shame involved in having to show your face live while tilting lol. Showing down your 72 bluff, etc.

Online games tend to be more aggressive compared to the games live, we are often furious with this,Live we have the opportunity to interact with other players, besides the game can happen a good friendship, is better way of living for me
I like online games but loves live games

I think the difference is obvious - when playing live you are in a real life society and so social norms and accepted behaviour must be taken into account, whereas in online play that is not the case. Of course, players being friendly also helps, so here you have 1 more reason not to tilt. But I doubt you can "carry over" that online - those are simply two completely different environments.
