when to move up limits?

im primarily a tournament player but started to dabble into the cash games i was wondering how many hrs and what kind of earn rate i should have before moving up limits, im starting at .25-.50.

1) What game are you playing? Holdem? Omaha? ...

2)Is it Pot limit, Fixed Limit or No limit?

3) What size bankroll have you currently set aside for Cash Games?
