I prefer to play in the morning and in the afternoon, but I clearly see that playing at night is much easier because there are more recreational players and the fild has fewer players, which makes it easier to reach final tables. I believe that in poker whenever you make a choice it has its advantages and disadvantages, there are people who prefer to play at night because it is easier, but playing during the day the prize pool is much higher, it depends on each player.
