What you do after a Bad Beat

As Skull89 stated, bad beats are part of the game and even the best have bad beats, it happens. Everyone is different on how they react, I've seen guys cry, laugh, get extremely angry, etc. I try to stay positive and learn from it. I will also listen to some good music or watch BassMaster on youtube for a good laugh!!

Sometimes i get over it, sometimes i need to hit something to release the stress.Either way it doesnt affect my play.

I use to get really heated and let it affect my game. Now I try to just walk away for a moment or two and then decide was there anything I could've done differently in the hand

I try to remind myself that as long as im getting it in good thats all i can do. If that still doesnt work then take a break and take my mind of poker for a little while.

I cry really hard, jump up and down and turn over the table and accuse the dealer of cheating, then I get my diaper changed grab my blanky and my pacifier and go take a long nap.

It depends how big was that bad beat, but the most it depending on the effects and circumstances.... Sometimes I get nervous, sometimes I laugh. But I always try to think what should I do better (unless that my AA will be broken by Q3 or something like that... )

Sometimes I just call it a night, if I am not in a good frame of mind after a bad beat. I'm saying, in less than 20 minutes, one can undo 4 hours of good play.

When i started play poker i throw things on monitor.\
Now i am just posted hand on boomplayer and quick close pop up window to forget about that.

Bad beat but im still good- move to the next hand
hurts but not so much- Go watch/stream something fun or something to make laugh
Hurst pretty bad- Quit for the day and try again tomorrow
